When donating, kindly give us the name of the memorial or person of honor and the name of a family member or close friend you wish to notify. An acknowledgment letter will be sent to the family member or friend you designate. Please know that we will not specify the amount of the donation in the acknowledgment to the family.
You can invite family and friends to join your lasting tribute by including these words in the obituary notice:
“In place of flowers, contributions may be made to the United Health Foundation.”
